Terrible service

J’attends toujours mon colis. J’ai demandé un remboursement, pas de réponse…

I was pleased with my purchase until FedEx/TNT sent me a bill for an additional £82.36 on top of £300 purchase price plus £20 delivery. This fee was said to be for UK import duty and or VAT. This was not communicated to me during the purchase process. Fee has made these non-prescription items I had already thought hard about going ahead and purchasing regret my decision. Will not be making any more purchases from Europe, if I have to pay fees of this sort. Sadly not a good shopping experience

The product had a much darker colour and a bigger size than I was expecting (as detailed on my review). Unfortunately, I was travelling so I was not able to return it, or else I would have. It was my first purchase and I was really excited about the brand. I am very disappointed.
