Zach is great! We first had a live session with him when he helped us with styles, size, and colors. Then, since we live in Houston, he sent us some frames to try. We made a choice and then shipped back the frames we didn't want. His professionalism and friendliness through the entire process was wonderful, which in addition to the frame quality is the reason we bought GL frames!
