Had that gut wrenching moment of when your shades inadvertently fall on the ground and the lenses shatter... all I saw was dollar signs that I was not excited about! Fortunately getting them replaced was not only easy but much more affordable than I anticipated. Furthermore, choosing whatever color I wanted basically felt like getting a brand new pair. Always happy with the service here and crisis averted!

Service was great, order shipped quickly, selection stellar. Only thing I’d say is I got the Kinney which I live, but I wish they had a spring hinge.

Popped into the Williamsburg location whilst visiting NYC. Staff were super welcoming and helpful. Wish I had more time and luggage allowance to shop some more.
