Very poor Experience with g&b!

Bad customer service and bad shipping experience. I ordered my mirror on January 12 and I still don’t have a mirror since the first and the replacement came broken, or any updates on my refund and it’s February 17.

My mirror came broken and it has almost been 2 weeks since I requested a refund or replacement and I have no update on whether I’m getting either.
