Please check your support emails. I hate that I had to write my review. It is such a cool bag and really want to give you 5 stars. Receiving product that is damaged from out of the package and not being able to get it repaired / replaced is not good. Especially because the bag is not cheap. I had to work really hard for the money to buy that bag. By supporting other small businesses I hope you know how much I value that. Hoping you see this and can make it right. Thanks.
