Never received my product still waiting and hoping it will come soon and I'm expecting reimbursement from the manufacturer or distributor

Never got my product but got charged for it.

Table scoreboard worked for one day and have not received any support from game spot

Bought a Brunswick pool table cover from Game Room Spot in December 2023. The cover has heavy crease folds, see attached photo. They said, "They will disappear with use." I asked if they don't in one year which I feel is very generous wait period, will they replace. NO ANSWER. That was more than 4 months ago.
