TABLE AWESOME, ACCESSORIES NOT SO AWESOME

The pool table is great. We had some issues with missing accessories, but the crew at Game Room handled it, quick responses, very nice and all is good, five stars for them. WARNING: be prepared to purchase a new table cover, a new rack, and a new brush. The accessories that come with the table for “free” are crap! Our cover ripped after 5 days, the rack is flimsy, and the brush doesn't do much of anything. Have not tried out the ping pong yet (part of missing accessories). Like I said, the pool table itself is great. Easy assembly, need at least two people, it is very heavy. THANK YOU Game Room for all your help.

Beautiful table and very adequate

Beautiful table and very adequate wait time. The table is packed very well with special sturdy corner protections. The table was flawless save a half inch piece of the black plastic corner binding chipped off.

Minor issues but pretty.

The wall rack looks great and functions as intended but it could use some improvements… main body of wall rack is not wide enough to fit all triangle racks; I had to buy a new triangle so it would fit properly. Also the peg to hang the triangle on my unit is not 100% square (it is off by about 1/8 of an inch) so the triangle cannot hang totally even, it’s slightly tilted. Lastly, the way the unit is installed is kinda goofy. It hangs on a piece of wood called a “wall cleat” but the owner is responsible for drilling holes in the “wall cleat” themselves. I think it would be better if the holes were pre-drilled at standard 16” and 24” apart so the cleat can be more easily screwed into wall studs. I’m not a handy guy, and when I was drilling the holes in the “wall cleat” one of the holes began to split the wood. The rack is not very heavy so I do not think it will be a problem, but if the holes were factory drilled in the “wall cleat” then this would not have happened. But in the end it looks pretty and functions well.
