The website was difficult the first time I used it but much better the second time

My only problem shopping on the website was at check out. I was shopping on my I-pad and I thought my promo discount would be automatically applied at check out but it wasn't. I later realized that the could was sent to my mail. Ii sent an email but so far I haven't had a reply

Did not find it easy to order my swimsuit and swim top.

I entered the promo code offered DEC30, but didn't get the 30% discount. Maybe I did something wrong. Will call customer service.
