Pebble Mirror arrived smashed, they arranged a replacement Pebble Mirror and arranged for the damaged one to be removed. Michelle was fantastic, demonstrating empathy and understanding! However, the online Customer Support Chat were dismissive and their responses generic which caused me a fair degree of distress!

Arrived promptly, was a minor delay with stock but this was communicated and it arrived earlier than expected.

Shower screen arrived on time, very well package and in fine condition. Installation was simple and the finished product looked amazing.
