The show was well attended... All events held in the Innovation Hub was a great way to encourage interaction between attendees and innovators (vendors!)

I really enjoyed the conference and learned a lot about how branches may be structured in the future. I also liked that the break-out sessions were divided based on the size of your organization. I rated the conference a 4 versus a 5, because there was a lot of focus on ITMs and the concern with implementing them. This was probably a good topic for most FIs, but as a credit union that already implemented ITMs the conversation seemed repetitive. In future sessions, I would like to hear about how others are measuring the success of their new branches.

Great content , as a sponsor without a booth I paid a premium and would have liked more valuable time with attendees. Not allowed in Networking events was frustrating , I would like to have attended with the caveat of no sales pitches during those times. It’s critical for me to meet and learn what is happening and exchange business cards with colleagues in my field.

Hearing from FI representatives that are implementing with success and with failures is the value of this conference.
