Overall a good conference. Some material got repetitive as the sessions went on, but enjoyed my experience.

Thought there was a good mix of topics for "future branches", however could benefit from seeking out world-wide leading examples of Transformation - including physical, digital, and customer & employee perspectives. Allen International and IDEO good examples of vendors that have wide array of examples.

Great time, learned a lot of great information and met tons of folks I can work with moving forward.

Overall, I gained some good information here. As you look to continually improve, I’d like to make the following suggestions: 1. Once people have been part of a presentation or panel, they should then be part of a round table for further individual conversation. 2. The round table session was good but too short 3. The standing network session where we moved down the line to talk with peers was great, but we stood so close to others that we had to shout to be heard. Space out the lines more. 4. Too many carbs for food selection and bottled water would’ve been preferred as an alternative to more coffee and pop 5. Starting sessions at 9 would be preferred especially for those who have traveled a distance to be here. Very long days. 6. Loved our tour to UFCU

I never could find water as a refreshment. I saw plenty of coffee, cokes, and juices but no water. I’d like to hear more about Pepper the Robot. Where can I go to find the case study mentioned? The speaker rattled off some very impressive results...44% increase in new biz in branches compared to last year, etc. I’d love to read more!
