This years conference provided a well blended topic options. Focusing on relationships, facilities and equipment. Anyone attending should have easily taken something out of it. Thanks for the coordination and effort team.

Likes - Content was very valuable, speakers were wonderful. Appreciated short speaker sessions which helped with attention span and made it easier to plan/navigate what you want to hear. Women’s breakfast was great. Loved the sit down lunch vs the normal buffet, and the food was really good. Unique snacks added a fun element. Enjoyed the varied sitting options (tables or chairs). Dislikes - placement of snacks and drinks made innovation room very crowded. Maybe put food items in 4 corners of room or in back of main meeting room. Lack of bottled water was an inconvenience. Figured out alternatives but not ideal. Put vendor bottles near water coolers to encourage use and limit the little plastic cups if goal is to help environment.

Overall the conference was great. Day 1 was especially engaging and productive. While difficult, some of the panel discussions lacked the substance to be as useful as they could have been. I was surprised at how many short sessions were conducted and the amount of ground covered, but at the cost of detail and substance. In the future I would like to see fewer sessions that really drilled into the most pressing issues of the day. So while I came away with a lot of general information, I am not sure I am prepared to use it in an actionable and defined way. Maybe this is a case where Less is More. A comment on the last day. We were ahead of schedule and the hour break interrupted the flow and a desire to hang around for the last two sessions. Should have just kept going with a 15 minute break. I thought the vendor interactions were good and while a bit crowed, was very manageable. The food and breaks were creative and some of the best overall I have seen. That alone set this conference apart from the rest. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Always eager to help and assist. I rated the conference a 4. Had it been on a 10 point scale, it would have been a 9. The tours were so high-priced that is made that impossible to consider. Overall an excellent job of execution!!!!!

Would have liked to get more information on the strategy instead of the execution of branch transformation, but everything was really well done. Fun stuff was fun!
