Overall great and relevant conference. Monday had great booth activity, but the schedule tuesday was not particularly conducive for participants spending time in the exhibitor hall. Having the Tuesday cocktail event outside the hotel also removed valuable foot traffic. I would also propose: 1) allowing exhibitors to set up Monday morning early (as to not impact the weekend too much); and 2) run the exhibitor area through Wednesday.

Overall conference very good. Venue and location were outstanding. Good vendor fair as well. The 3-days included well organized activities. Loved the Easy Tiger event. Last speakers on Monday and Tuesday were on topics inconsistent with theme of conference.

Could use some vetting on speaker topics and content. Some content was very outdated on the credit union side especially. Our credit union tried many of these strategies years ago like iPads in branches, open concept, teller pods etc. The big banks were the best to get NEW strategies from as far as branch transformation goes. Also, the conference starts very early and goes too late. Makes for a very long day, more than most work days. Suggestion to end classes 3 or 4 pm. Finally, suggestion to switch conference city locations for the December session. Love Austin but other cities might attract more regular attendance or new attendees.

I loved that the sessions were short and informative. My only suggestion would be to use Slido more and answer the questions from the speakers in the tonight show format. The group had great questions that did not get answered mainly on the first day. It could also be done by asking them to answer any that wasn't done that day and send it out to the attendees at a later date. I didn't like having to stand to eat breakfast each day and 2 days of chicken is a little much as well. I took away a lot of great information and met some great people. I enjoyed my time very much.

Great conference and sponsors. The material was relevant and the afternoon breakout sessions were good networking opportunities.
