This was an excellent conference. Not only was information provided by industry consulting professionals but by the executives using and looking for strategies to build and enhance the branch experience today and tomorrow. Collaboration between all areas of the financial industry was one of the key takeaways gleaned from the conference.

This was my first time attending the Future Branches Conference. I was very impressed by the conference organization including speakers, the agenda topics and the hotel facilities. The networking opportunities were also excellent. The speakers topics were relevant to me as they touched on areas that my company is considering implementing. It was therefore great to hear the positives and negatives from speakers.

Loved the content and discussions. Also, thought the small touches like the refreshments at the different tables was great!
