The pram took 8 business days instead of the advertised 2-4 business days. The customer service from Tom was very cold and rude. He basically told me to go to fair trading if I wasn’t happy. I specifically ordered to get the pram before Easter weekend for my injured dog, to find the pram was reduced further - I could have ordered at the cheaper price. There was no compassion or customer service
