Both boxes we received were crumbled! Do disappointed again!!

I just received my order of 8oz pink striped cups. Not very happy about the quality of them compared to the ones I received from my previous orders. They came in different boxes. The paper quality is a lot less. And almost no coating. And the color is a few shades lighter and faded looking.

I still haven’t received a product that I ordered over 1 month ago. I tried to call the phone number and it doesn’t even ring. I submitted a written request and never heard back. Terrible customer service.

First off I ordered and paid over a month ago. When I called I was told “yes that’s in stock now we will ship it today “ so you waited for me to call ? Then you charged me state tax,county tax and city tax where I live ? I didn’t buy this locally why are you charging me local taxes ?

Haven’t received them yet. It’s been at least three weeks.
