I have buying cups/lids from you folks for years. Delivery is always what's expected and customer service is very helpful. I would have given you 5 stars but the last couple of orders you were out of a few items. However customer would let me know within 24 hours and a replacement was always found, usually just a different color. The only concern is that my delivery day was then pushed out a couple of days.

The container itself is a decent quality product and durable. The lids do not seem as well made, and it’s clear there are gaps in the seam when sealing the lid. Still a viable quality product to protect ice cream. All products were shipped with just a loose covering of plastic, but not sealed to protect from dirt and contamination. Disappointing for a quality food container to be left exposed. This is my second ordering experience with this company and similar shipping experiences both times. Food containers are not protected to ensure they stay clean. Unlikely to order from this firm again.
