I have not received the spoons I ordered over a month ago. I have not received an update or any info about my order. I was told they were on order and that they were arriving to your company soon. Nothing since then.

Only discounts on selected items. When I ordered I was disappointed to see that my items were not eligible. Later, a week is so after, after I had paid full price, they were discounted. Why not do a discounted percentage straight across the board for spoons, cups , etc? It used to be like that when I first started using your company.

My box of 1000 - 5oz cups was pretty beat up upon arrival. To the point of denting three rows of cups. Even an hole in the box corner. Other than that everything went great! They shipped fast and arrived quickly.

Product is good. Difficult ordering. Wanted to set up a phone call to talk about order. Never on anything I’ve ordered any place else requested. Then when I said just cancel my order and refund my money that you already took even though you were holding my order. Then magically the order was delivered. So service is a 1

The prices are great until you get hit with a crazy shipping cost. Will prob just get supplies from local service
