The product is great, but we use one color (pink) and have had to order other colors to make it thru, which if fine same spoon just not the color our company wants to use. Also, the inability to print an actual invoice is frustrating. I use my company card and need to turn in my invoices every month and have to make my own invoices, which this month is 3. Would be nice to be able to just print them with all your logos to turn in.

I have buying cups/lids from you folks for years. Delivery is always what's expected and customer service is very helpful. I would have given you 5 stars but the last couple of orders you were out of a few items. However customer would let me know within 24 hours and a replacement was always found, usually just a different color. The only concern is that my delivery day was then pushed out a couple of days.
