I had a wonderful experience buying my backpack. My wife already owns one and I was envious of her. The buying process was very easy and I am very very happy with result. I have traveled to six different countries in purchasing it. It has never let me down.

I took my bag to London and Paris and it was exceptionally convenient, especially on the Tube and Metro. It fit comfortably in the overhead compartment on a Boeing and Air Bus.
