I purchased a size too big at first while one of the item was on sale, then had to order a smaller size instead. One of the team members (Laurence B) was quite helpful in guiding me through the process, and ensured that the original price was honoured and overall transaction went smoothly.

Service was excellent. Shipping and delivery went without a hitch.
