I ordered two items. Just took 3 days to deliver to Canada. One of the items (Distressed Indigo jacket) was not a good fit. I was able to return with very little bother. My credit card was credited withing 4 days.

Great experience with F&E and I have purchased quite a bit since I found this brand. The only issue I have had with any clothing was a zipper that came unsewed in some pants. I sent an email that was immediately responded to, and they offered me options to take care of the problem, including sending me a brand new pair of pants. I was very impressed. Just throw us a coupon every once in a while, please!
