Still haven’t received my credit and shoes were returned a month ago

Shoes look like plastic.

Nothing else to say here, the shoes are awful!

Not even a 1 star I call and emailed several times about this. Your policies do not match Macy’s and I could not return

This was a subpar experience. I received the wrong size shoes. Ordered an 8 received a 10 or 11 (euro size 41). I am still awaiting my refund of $117 and change. The shoes were not worth the money being charged. I would have only purchased them for $40 or $50 dollars.
