Forever & Always Shoes - US

I adore this well made, feminine loafer. Disappointed that the ‘cognac’ color did not match photo; it was much more pale. I returned and re-ordered, but they came back pale and washed out in color. I really wanted that rich, cognac color that was pictured.

The boots arrived in the actual bout box wrapped in tape. Inside the boots were in plastic covers no tissue paper or inserts. Poor packaging and the boots are just average.

Delivery was fine, stitching on shoes is flimsy and broke in front of the shoe after the first wear

Shipping was fast. The shoes fit. I haven’t worn them yet. They are a pretty shoe. Mine arrived in a light tan color. I ordered the dark brown. They are ok and I haven’t had time to return them. I’ll just keep them and attempt to order the darker ones again. Maybe.
