Dreadful customer service. Avoid like the plague.

Very very poor customer service.. 4 of my 6 emails were not addressed or answered and l woke up at 6am to call them because of the time difference and the free phone line kept me waiting and then cut me off!! I don’t feel from my experience that Forest Essentials respected me as a customer even though my order was £164 roughly 16,500 IND rupees
