Received my Ford part within 10 days which is very quick for sending it up to the NWT!

Answered all my questions with a follow up phone call and email and got the parts within a couple days.

Excellent fast service, best priced new parts. A lot cheaper than our local Ford dealership.

I was blown away at how quick the service was. Within 5 mins of me ordering I was sent a Purolator tracking number and it was shipped out the next day!!! Received within a week (Manitoba). Was concerned that the front bar was too short as the instructions didn't indicated that it extends but gave it a tug and they were a perfect fit!!! And no sound while driving! Would definitely recommend and use this island ford parts again!

Great service . The staff always ensure that I have the correct parts for my truck. My only complaint is the choice of Canada Post for shipping. A choice of courier service would be worth the extra cost.
