Lug nuts were not in shipment, sent pictures of boxes.Have not received lug nuts yet.

I had to make several attempts to set up an online account and place an order. Customer service offered no help when I called. I did receive the correct parts in a very timely manner.

Shipping was quick. I haven’t yet talked to service about returning the clips
