I am waiting to hear from customer support regarding return of unsuitable purchase since 10th April 2024. I have written 4 times for advise how to return purchase and what is the procedure. Can you help?

Currently my boiler tap has been broken for more than 2 weeks, just purchased a years supply of filters and it just stopped working, no error messages on it either. Have not been able to get in contact with you by email or on phone and I tried multiple times for each. You also don’t bother to check your trust pilot reviews either. All I wanted was to talk to someone in order to fix the tap but you have the customer service equivalent to an empty graveyard, useless until someone dies!!!!. I really wish I had paid for an actual reputable brand because my issue would have been sorted by now and my time would not have been wasted because even though I write this I know damn well your company will not get back to me at all. Honestly if anyone reads this and you can’t afford a quooker tap just get one from alibaba, I’ve litterally had better customer support from the other side of the world than this scam of a company!!!!
