I needed the sun shirt in a hurry, I emailed the support email asking whether they could help at around 2pm on a Monday. I had an email back within an hour or so saying that the warehouse had been asked to expedite, another email shortly after saying that it had been dispatched, arrived the next day!! Stunning 5 star service!
