No support. Buyer beware.
Purchased a flop box and it arrived damaged / malfunctioning. Contacted flop box, who acknowledged the problem. Because of the faulty product, I no longer had confidence in the product, especially after spending a premium price for the product. I asked for a refund, and the process took at least a week to get settled. Flop box was wanting me to pay to return a faulty product, when they already accepted and acknowledged they the product was faulty (through pictures and video). I understand that there is a return “process” but this wasn’t a return, this was a product that was broken that I no longer had faith in. Have some customer service and back your product a little more instead of putting it on the customer.
