I am not a fan of this product. I asked for my money back and all I got was they are sending me a new aerator. Still haven't received it two weeks later.

I will update this once FLOP INDUSTRIES writes me back and helps us fix our issues. Cooler worked for 6 hours and then…. NOTHING. Yes I’m aware this could be a fluke and not all coolers will do this, but what I am trying to make you other buyers aware of is how they choose to help and respond after you throw almost 400 dollars away on a bait cooler after everything is said and done and it DOESN'T work. So far we have heard nothing back from them and there doesn’t seem to be any other ways to reach them other then message online and send email, which we have done both. BUYER BEWARE. This will be updated IF they ever choose to respond and or fix this. If nothing else I just hope I can give them their crappy product back and get a refund so I can spend less then a quarter of the price and buy another Engle live bait cooler (which we used and worked great for years) that I sold because this new one came in. Mad is an understatement. we feel taken advantage of.
