Love the boots just got sent the wrong color but they are still great product

Products were great when they arrived! Had a problem with the shipping on half my order. 1st half arrived on time and no problem, then the second half was never shipping just “label created”. I emailed flop box and they got it moving but then suddenly received a refund on part of the order. Turns out they were out of a shirt I had ordered because it took so long to ship. Not pleased about that. Watch your shipping!

Got it properly delivered, but I did not get my hoodie that was supposed to come with it because you said they’re on backorder and also the net that comes inside. The box does not work on Minnows, do you have a finer mesh that I can purchase?

Already did this... twice. When are you going to answer my question about the mesh size of the basket in the Flop 20? (Too big... let's crappie minnows swim through)

Not right the color! I ordered the tan color but I got the white one instead! Not happy!
