Very quick shipping. QC not so good. Dirty on the inside and pump did not work out of the box. Killed $50 worth of bait on first use. Had to blow out to get to work properly. For the price of this bait bucket QC needs to step up the game.

Warranty registration should be better, more transparent and easier to do. I bought directly from them but they are asking for proof of purchase and serial numbers etc. Kinda lame to be honest

Somehow my order was incorrect and I’ve sent an email via your “return” portal and haven’t heard back. So I’m not really impressed by the customer service. I would appreciate a response?

I emailed the company. No response. Wrong bracelets received. Wrong cards received. Two wolf cards and no wolf bracelet. Very disappointing.
