Disappointed with how the floor looks, doesn’t look like the image

10 boards (from various packs) all arrived heavily damaged and unusable. This has meant that the job hasn't been able to be completed and I need to obtain replacement boards.

Floor its self is nice, which is main part! No complaints there. But I would avoid ordering again due to the delivery. First time was cancelled the day before due to not being in stock. Second time delivery didn’t even show up because the wrong order was loaded onto truck. Wasn’t communicated with me until an hour before my delivery slot. Third time I rearranged it (2 days off work later) it was delivered the day before it was supposed to be with no one home, so my husband had to leave work to get it in off my drive as didn’t want it getting damaged in the rain! When spoke to floor street they said I should have refused delivery, but I didn’t dare and told them to leave on my security camera as wasn’t sure was actually going to get it and had already lost 2 x days wages and my husband half a day. Also had to rearrange floor layer twice & lost our deposit the second time. No offer of compensation from anyone. Customer service was always good and responsive and delivery wasn’t their fault but had a huge problem with the delivery.
