Shipping was fast and the packages arrived in good condition with clear labeling. Assembly was straightforward and all parts were included. The E5 feels very sturdy, and the lift is smooth and quiet at both sitting and standing heights. Overall, great experience from ordering to setup, and I’m very happy with the desk.
