The process of getting the desk was very easy, they made it easy to understand that the desk would come in 2 boxes which was more understandable after I had received both, shipping took a few days but not unexpected as I had purchased it on a Thursday and carriers don't ship on weekends in Canada. Overall a very positive experience and quite reasonable for a desk of its size
