Please help

No customer service number, all you can do is email and HOPE someone gets back to. I never received my package its been 2 weeks since then and its been about 3 BUSINESS days since I emailed them. And nothing! Says it was sent to the post office and got lost? And the post office said to call FLESHJACK. I WOULDNT ORDER FROM THEM IF I WERE YOU

No where on the label did it say Fleshjack not included and the thing doesn’t fit my iPad. Want my money back but opened it >:(

Still waiting on my order. Was told another shipment was sent out but still have not received anything. Tried contacting but I never hear anything back. What an embarrassment for this company.

FleshJack Ice;Purchasing such a device, one may think “this will alleviate some stress (for whatever reason)” as well, it does. But, first time cleaning prior to use showed the top narrows and there is a twist off to, well clean and sanitize. But, upon a weak twist in warm water nonetheless, it cracked. I never even used it!!! It was like, “ok now i dont use and send back or use a device that is so thinly machined at the area most used to clean- it breaks?” So, I went back to the ol’ standard and wondered why we purchase anything when that works quite well. Nexus; makes a terrible motor grinding noise. I work with electronics, I know the sound of motors being overworked or cogs not aligned. That sound. charged it- returning it. Oh and by the looks of the packaging and leaflet- it had been certainly returned prior. I doubt these “how to use” pamphlets get scratched and quite noticeably used if they were new. Just my thoughts.
