When you buy a sleeve that is called “Super Tight,” you expect it to be tight. This sleeve isn’t really that tight. The opening is decently tight, but unless you are super hung, the rest of the sleeve is going to be a bit of a disappointment.

Your site is easy to find things in and have good product. But I have to say your customer service is pretty awful. I called and left a message about missing items on my order and got no response. so called and left another message to again no response. I also called and asked a question before I even received my order and I felt the agent was quite rude it was clear he didn’t want to hear what I was asking and gave a very snippy reply. I realize it’s a stressful time I work in retail myself. But there is no need to be snippy to a customer just asking a question out of curiosity.

I don't know how but my order was delivered and opened but someone else only to find it at my doorstep. I confirmed my order was delivered however I didn't get until days later.

The mobile site on my phone definitely needs improving. You can't login to your account and the different shipping options aren't displayed when you place an order. I also sent an email to customer service about being charged for shipping on an order that exceed the $60 requirement for free shipping but never received a reply!
