Nice unit, better than the 5600

Not terribly happy with the performance. Water not as soft and sweet smelling as our old system. We have adjusted the softness more times than should be necessary. I would not recommend. Looking to replace.

order sent out promptly but had to return it. wrong item shipped. USPS says they recd it 10 days ago and no word as to when or if i will receive credit.
