Extremely disappointed when I realized that a longer support pole for the flag was needed. This need was not made clear during my purchase. I had to jury-rig a support pole that left the flag hanging loose and looking pretty amateurish and bad.

You did very poorly. Ordered on June 1st and was told that it was going to be three to five days. The invoice was printed June 15th and didn't reach me until June 20th. Way after the event that it was ordered for.

My flags still wrap up.
