Worst customer service experience of my life. I wasn’t able to get ahold of anybody after texting, calling, leaving voicemails, and reaching out on Facebook.

Shoes were poor quality and after 4 attempts to contact the business to return, still no response. Having to go through a PayPal dispute.

Your customer service is the worst I have sent numerous chats and emails , never a response. I did speak to someone after waiting for over 30 mins twice, her reply was it was a new System and short staffed. After being a customer for years , I will go elsewhere .

Terrible product. Super cheap. Terrible customer service.

6 times I tried contacting customer service, 6 times no answer from them! I wish I had never made a purchase from Fit2Run.
