You sold shoes that you couldn't get ahold of. You screwed around for a couple weeks, and in the meantime, I couldn't get them anywhere else either. In this case, you should least give somebody a discount on a different style. I would not recommend you to anyone right now.

No communication until I had to put in a claim with paypal. I was then notified that the item was out of stock and was in the process of a refund. Website showed no status of my order. The page was down for months. I will never order from this site again and I will tell anyone who is looking for shoes online to never order here.

Having to file a claim with PayPal to get my money back wasn’t appreciated. Still need the skirt.
