I mistakenly order a men’s size 8 instead of a woman’s. The store responded quickly gave me a return slip via email and reimbursed my order quickly after they received me return. When I reordered my women’s 8 they arrived in a timely manner.

I made a mistake with shipping address. Fortunately they were able to resolve it before the order was shipped. Seems like someone is reading all order-related email before letting an order off the loading dock, but communication was slow. Be patient if ordering on Black Friday. I got shoes before Xmas.
