Shipping is a joke to them. We will not be renewing our club membership and will never spend another cent on your company.

Item never shipped and I had to make a request to send the item one month later. It didn't arrive until many days after Christmas and I had to ship it to my son since he had traveled home already. I think that if I didn't follow up the item would have never shipped. No apology or anything to show a desire to keep me as a customer.

Terrible service. Didn't receive order that was place at the end of November. Couldn't get anyone to contact me. 2 days before Christmas rec'd an email that my order was canceled. Terrible service. Won't purchase from them again.
