Fit2Run - PROD - SFCC

This was the worst service I’ve ever received. Order was placed and then never received shipping status. After three weeks of emailing and waiting infinitely on hold at number provided I reached out to local store who couldn’t provide any information at all. Had to cancel transaction through my card company to end this. So displeased will not buy anything from fit2Run online again.

Seller never shipped order or sent tracking info. I contacted the seller about this and they still haven’t responded. I will never buy something from the shop again and will be reporting them.

Awful all around. You shouldn’t be in business.

Terrible. Just absolutely awful. Would never recommend even if it was the only place to shop. Terrible customer service. Had to file claims with my bank because customer service would not respond.

Horrible service!
