Fit2Run - PROD - SFCC

Returned the shoes for an exchange or refund and have not gotten either. Ripoff artists.

The audacity of asking for a review on a product I never received and had to register a credit card dispute against Fit2Run just to get anyone to reply to a message since nobody ever answers the phone there, is ludicrous. Purchasing from Fit2Run was by and far my worst online purchase experience.

So when I ordered the shoes. Y’all gave me 2 right footed shoes. And I returned them back and y’all didn’t send the correct shoes or gave me my money back. I’ve tried contacting y’all, so far nothing. I would like the correct shoes back please or be fairly compensated. And I will never be ordering from this site again.

Horrible customer service. FIT2RUN is terrible. They never shipped product forcing credit dispute. They did not answer multiple phone calls or emails. Will never deal with this company again.
