I ordered shoes on January
I ordered shoes on January 2 and was charged on my credit card the same day. The shoes were never received and I tried calling fit2run multiple times only to be put on hold for over 50 minutes multiple times. I also tried emails for over a week and no response. In addition I tried sending a message through the website and no response. I also tried checking the status through my order number on the website and the website was always down. I do NOT recommend ever ordering from fit2run. I had to fight the charge with my credit card company. Absolutely terrible.
