5 Stars but I have some recommendations to improve the online purchasing experience

Excellent shopping experience and great customer support. I'm giving you guys a five star for now, but part of that is contingent on considering some of my feedback: When shopping for a carrier, one of the biggest critiques I have Is a lot of aftermarket support isn't available: For instance, if I want to buy cumberbund armor inserts, instead of getting them direct form First Spear, I need to look on a third party site that sells Hardwire LLC inserts. Even if you guys can't sell the recommended inserts, it would be helpful if you at least made reference to them on your site so that an individual doesn't have to go through a wild goose chase looking for a compatible set. The other thing that drives me bananas, and it's not just First Spear, I see this with just about every carrier company on the market: You guys don't really advertise how much bucket/pocket space you have between side plate and front plate ICW inserts of the actual carrier itself and if you do, it's not as easy to find that information on your site. If I have a 1-in LTC monolithic plate which takes up a lot of space and are generally not stand-alone rated for rated ballistic protection without 3A backers, I kind of want to know how much space I have for the soft inserts you know, I mean, that's kind of important information to know. Another thing (and, again, I would probably tell this to every company that sells a carrier, especially higher-end ones like First-Spear) is this: If I were you guys, I would consider hiring a web developer/graphic artist to design like an interactive 3D overview of your carriers. For instance: Let users rotate the vest, click on areas where you know you can see the inserts and it'll zoom in and it will tell you detailed information or it will tell you what other accessories will attach on for added support with maybe a product link. Let the user rotate the carrier around flip it upside down while holding their mouse to see it from varying different angles, I think interactive tools like that would really help you guys out. I have a hard time understanding why more carrier companies don't do this. Final suggestion: When I first purchased the carrier, I was very appreciative that one of your folks gave me a call and asked me if I had made a mistake ordering another overlay cumberbund. It wasn't, but one of the things your customer service representative did mention was that a lot of times new customers will purchase something like a Strandhogg And they order the cumberbund separately not entertaining that it actually comes with the carrier: It might be worth advertising this simple fact so you don't have to call new customers to verify if it's as common an issue as I heard it might be: I mean, It might seem like common sense, but when you're selling three different types of cumberbunds, I suppose it would make sense to indicate which one comes standard with the carrier - I'm guessing that's where the confusion is coming from. You might be able to further reduce the confusion if when the customer is purchasing the carrier if they can actually choose the particular cumberbund they want associated with it at checkout, that would also eliminate that confusion. I hope that helps you guys. That said, I'm looking forward to my carrier arriving and will be happy to leave a more detailed product review once everything is delivered. Thanks again for the great support and customer service.
