Fireplaces Direct

Excellent and very reputable company.

I loved the communication. Justin was the sales person who helped answer all my question and guaranteed he could get the fireplace to me. The shipping was fast as I received the fireplace within three days of ordering it. (It was shipped from South Carolina to Texas). Have recommended Fireplaces Direct to my friends.

Great service

The doors I purchase are extremely overpriced and hesitated on buying them. Only reason is so the wife can go to sleep at night knowing no flames or embers escape the fireplace.

Item works great but installation was complex enough to require me hiring expert help.
