Wrong part was sent. Waiting on refund.

Easy order process at a fair price but shipping took longer than expected. Order was shipped (with no option for overnight shipping) VIA USPS, almost 2 weeks before I received my order.

Shipping was good, service is good, part is defective.

Great unit, absurd price for what it is, over $1800 for a 24"?? The larger ones are less than half but my space wouldn't allow it. Win some lose some.

Ordering was easy. However, the product was discontinued by the manufacture. They do not support the online APP for it to function. So, I got a Return Authorization and sent it back, they have receiver it but have not refunded me for the purchase, maybe I will call them tomorrow 12/5/2025 and see what the is problem with the refund. Wish me luck.
