Item works great but installation was complex enough to require me hiring expert help.

The part was great. I purchased what was recomended by you and I showed pictures and all. I then chatted for help and was told you could not because, despite you recommending and selling me the product for outside, then refused to assist because it was an inside product. Then why did you recommend ?

Wrong part was sent. Waiting on refund.

Easy order process at a fair price but shipping took longer than expected. Order was shipped (with no option for overnight shipping) VIA USPS, almost 2 weeks before I received my order.

Shipping was good, service is good, part is defective.
