Trying to figure out program

first order , great. second order could not track package without downloading an app. the last thing I need .

It looks like the same remote I had, but it won’t program to my fireplace.

The remote will not pair with the fireplace receiver. I was not informed that this was a possibility

Need return label for return shipment. My fireplace does not have an electrical outlet; wrong product for my fireplace. The problem was dead batteries in my existing unit which you said had been discontinued with the replacement you sent which won't work in my fireplace. Please refund my money.
